This is a Stylus C1 ballpoint pen.
Unused, unopened, and quite old. Since I haven't tested it, I can test it before sending if you're concerned, so please let me know. It's a current product, so you can secure refills at stationery stores.

One pen has an oil-based ballpoint pen and a touch pen (for capacitive systems).
