Vintage Zurex Swiss Magic Ghost Dial Gnassingbé Eyadéma African Propaganda Watch. Hard to find. Front of face features President Gnassingbé Eyadéma of Togo in Africa. Gold tone, polarized sweep disk, the image will appear and then fade to black every 30 seconds. The president made all the civil servants in the country purchase his magic watch. Flexible plastic/rubber band in the colors of the Togolese flag: green, red and yellow. 1 3/8" across (inc wind dial) x 1 1/2" high. Very good vintage condition. Shows wear with light scratches.
