You get what's pictured in the 1st photo. The collar is in great, used condition. The 2nd photo is from the receipt. It states it's 22 HOWEVER, it fits 18-20. NOT 22. I just wanted people to know this before buying. Besides my dogs neck getting too fat, I haven't had any issues, just compliments. So I bought a larger one. This one is fine.
