It appears to be an item associated with the 1964 Tokyo Olympics.
I have not undone the thread to inspect the entire length.
I don't see any noticeable damage in the visible areas, but there is a few slight discoloration on the edges.
I understand that there may be aspects that I cannot fully convey through the photos, but I appreciate your understanding.
