Based on the faint markings on the tag, it appears to be manufactured in September 1976 (though this is not certain, as the numbers on the tag are difficult to see... I apologize for the ambiguity).
This is a vintage USA-made Levis 646.
The denim is still very dark, and it's ready for some outstanding fading.
With the vintage boom, it's becoming increasingly rare to find this size and condition.
