Vintage Woodgrain 1980's Top Loading MAGNAVOX VCR VR8222BRO1 Timer Rec TestedI bought this second hand and I did try to test it. I plugged it into an older tv and newer and both times could not get the tvs to recognize it. Not sure if I was hooking it up correctly. Although when plugged in the vcr powered on nicely and all buttons seemed to be working along with the light inside the vhs loading. When I put a vhs tape in there and clicked play it sounded like the vcr was reading the tape.
