Antique 1913 Embossed Paul Jones Whiskey Amber Bottle with Cork & Labels Empty
This antique Paul Jones Whiskey bottle is dated 1913 as seen on the label in the pictures. It is made of amber glass and is embossed and exceptionally detailed. The label on the back reads: Paul Jones Whiskey, Half Pint 100 Proof, Bottled Under U.S. Government Supervision at the Frankfort Distillery, No 33 Dist. of KY. Permit KY P-2, Louisville, Kentucky, Produced Spring 1913. John B. Thompson District of Kentucky. For Medicinal Purposes Only, Sale or Use For Other Purposes will Cause Heavy Penalities to be Inflicked. The bottle is in remarkable condition, no chips or cracks. The labels show some wear, especially the one on the front as seen in the pictures. It looks like the original cork. It is rare to find these old bottles with the labels still on them.
