I had never seen or heard of one of these until this one was offered to me. I don’t know who ‘WR E Lion Shield’ is but I’m hoping someone will enlighten me. Further research on these taught me that women saved their hair to make things appreciate the ‘hair rat’….which is a stuffed pillow of the leftover hair that is used in creating larger up-do styles.
