3 never used atomic turquoise manic panic hair dye. While bottles have never been used they have been opened and the one with the small cap i dropped and like a teaspoons worth fell out and the cap cracked. That's why i put on a different cap .Yet they are all full to the top. Even though one i dropped and spilled, i spilled so little its basically still full to the top.
