white/red polka dot print
V-neck with attached tie kitten bow
short capped sleeves
elastic waist
A-line skirt
unlined and machine washable
no tags I believe this is nicely handmade with a 38" bust should fit a medium size, please refer to the actual measurements below for a proper fit-
