This is a woman's attractive, long, blue and white floral plus-size Hi Lo sleeveless maxi dress. It is fully lined. There are two belt loops, but when I bought it secondhand, it didn't come with a belt or sash. I love the way it flows with the chiffon like material. The keyhole at the neck adds that extra special touch. I think it's beautiful! Brand is Lane Bryant, and it is a size 24 or 3X. Material of the body is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Both the combo and lining are 100% polyester. I am happy to take measurements for you if needed. The dress is still in great condition!! I couldn't find any imperfections. Clean, smoke-free home.
